Managing Virtual Teams helped us create a 100% remote team. They gave us tools, strategies and taught us how to work remotely. Now we have a team working seamlessly in different time zones. The accountability has really improved and the team members are visibly motivated.
Our team was able to grow and be scalable
“As a remote first team, we struggled with systems and culture as we began to grow. MVT swept in and got us all shaped up and ticking as a solid team in a short time frame. With Anna Danes in charge, they led, rather than dictated the process, so the solution was custom, clean, and just feels right. Our team is global, 100% remote, and yet feels like home for all of us. I highly recommend MVT to any CEO, manager, or HR person who wants to build a remote team, the right way, and for success.”
We have worked with Managing Virtual Teams in our strategic migration from full time office work to a more flexible approach. The idea was to build safety nets for our team culture and cohesion while we migrate to more online presence and less physical office work. MVT’s help was tremendous, especially in redesigning our on-boarding and mentoring processes as well as implementing safety checkpoints. We would recommend their work any day!
Communication is arguably one of the most difficult aspects of business, especially with virtual employees and members spread across all of Indiana. Managing Virtual Teams (MVT) provided workable solutions that could be implemented right away for long term success. I went into the course hoping to grab a few tips and tricks but instead experienced a hands-on workshop that was tailored to my organization's needs. Not only was the course helpful, it was inspiring and gave me a new vision for my organization's communication future.
Our experience with MVT was very satisfactory. The meticulous planning, creativity and coordination of the work team were key elements in achieving an innovative virtual experience that was very much aligned with our objectives.
The production organization, the technical support to homogenize the exhibitors’ presentations, the coordination with each participant, the previous rehearsals to prevent incidents and the host’s support in introducing speakers and managing questions were crucial aspects that maximized the results of our event.
We are stronger now
As a Project Manager it is very important to have a strong and aligned team. Me and my team participated in the Mapping Optimism Workshop and we had a wonderful experience!
The workshop left us feeling relaxed, happy with our accomplishments, and generally connected. Thank you!
